A tenant rented a unit and she realized that she could have saved some money using our truck. We told her “You Can Do it” for Free not for “$19.95” as U-Haul advertises it. Well, we told her she can tell her family and friends about this. But also told her that if she refers her family and friends not only will they get the “Free Truck Move”, but she’ll also receive a referral fee. She was happy to know that we have great customer service and make moving much easier.
