One of our tenants stopped by driving his vintage car. He said he had been renting at POUCH off and on for almost 30 years, or as far back as he can remember.  This was the car he was driving when he rented here the first time.  Seldom can you see this kind of car come by these days.  It created a lot of attention from some of our tenants.  Way to go woody, and thank you for choosing POUCH over these 30 years.

Starting this past Monday! We are preparing for a new coat of paint to refresh the exterior of your storage home. Come by in the next week to see the renewed building.

One of our tenants is having a Birthday Party for their mother who will be turning 85-years old.  She has been working day and night to make dresses for all the grandchildren (20) and flower wreaths for their heads in style of the mother’s township where she grew up in Mexico, boy will she be surprised!  She said that after the party she is going take a break, then gear herself up for the annual traditional “Making of the Tamales” for the upcoming holidays.  She’s invited Pouch Staff members to join in making of them, in which the response back was “YOU BET YA!!!”    

Recently we had some asphalt work completed here at Trabuco Self Storage.   This upgrade left us in a bit of a pickle when trying to find parking .  As a result of our good standing relationship with our neighbors at Serrano Horse Stables , we were able to park our company truck used for our ” We Move You Free ” program, staff member vehicles and some of our RV customers on their property for a few days.  We would like to publicly thank Serrano Horse Stables for helping us, in our time of need, so…. One of our tenant’s customers came in to buy some packing supplies.  In the mean while, another tenant hit the door of the tenant making a packing supply purchase and left a dent in his door then drove off.  The tenant who had his door damaged came into the office and reported the incident.  He asked if there’s any way to help identify the person who hit his door and hold him responsible.  In full confidence we said “yes” and pointed to the video surveillance camera.  We replayed the footage and discovered who caused the damage.  We called the customer and inquired about the incident.   This incident made our tenants feel secure and confident that our video surveillance is really part of our security and not just a selling tool.

It’s finally starting to feel like fall here in Pouch Self Storage – Anaheim. Cooler temperatures remind us that the holidays are coming. Evidence of that is watching our tenants come and remove some of their seasonal items to decorate for Halloween. Many bring their eager kids to help load their cars with displays of pumpkin, ghosts and witches. We have many sizes to store all of your seasonal needs.

Well…fall is here (not that the weather would tell you this), but in Tustin, you know because each year, on the first weekend in October, it’s the great “Tustin Tiller Day Parade”.  The Parade route starts right here in front of POUCH Self Storage Tustin.  The parade participants meet and line up for their spot in the Parade.  The street is closed form 5:30 am till around 1:00 pm, causing the access to the facility to be limited (unless folks walked in, which some did).  The festival begin at the park just up the Street, it’s a Big thing  for Tustin, given the fact the city was once a farming community.  

We this new tenant that first visited with us 4 months ago on Friday she rented 2 units she said after checking out 6 other storage facility’s she decided to go with us because of great reviews they convinced her that we were the BEST!
