  • POUCH Happening – Police Escort

Friday morning, tenants were in and out of the facility all day. Suddenly we saw two cars pull in escorted by a police car. These two groups came in, inquiring about a storage unit. The police officer that escorted them had to keep them separate as the inquired one at the time. The first group was the landlord and the second the tenant.

The landlord wanted the tenant to rent with POUCH because our facility is safe, secure and we provide a free truck move. The tenant however, did not believe we are a safe facility and provided a free truck move at no cost, as they believed there’s always a catch. The police officer was here to make sure both parties agree to store with POUCH and avoid further conflict.

After showing them the unit size and tour of the facility everyone agreed, and all left satisfied.
